Better late than never
A wrap-up of news you've already read elsewhere!

The release of AWE will be a wide release - in all sense of the term: a global launch May 25, 2007. Take that, pirates!

DMC will be released in both 1 and 2 DVD versions on Dec 5th.

Filming for AWE continues in Cali. There was ship/water work in Redondo Beach/San Pedro, now on to the hangers in Palmdale - and we finally got the much anticipated appearance of Keith Richards as Teague.

And a "where are they now" now tidbit. Problems with Gold Rock Creek and the Bahamas Film Studio...

We're catching up...
Catching up on updating this page, that is.

The POTC:COTBP score is loved by many. Hans Zimmer (who "overproduced" the COTBP soundtrack) takes full charge of the DMC score, and talks about it in the San Francisco Chroncle (thanks to Emma on the Zone).

Exciting new photos are popping up here and all over the web from DMC. And Harry waxes eloquent over a new shot of Captain Jack Sparrow on AICN.

Now we know where the stories come from...the new Pirates of the Caribbean Visual Guide is now available on Amazon, at Borders, and everywhere in between. Caution - lots of spoiler pics and text for DMC. (Wonder if they'll decide to do a visual guide geared towards adults, not kids? A big part of the POTC market is, shall we say, mature!)
